The PPF-HY79 Plate-Loaded Wide Lat Pulldown trains the lats, upper back and biceps with a wide pulling path from overhead. The independent pulldown arms let each side move on its own, so members can train both arms together or one at a time. Thigh pads keep the body anchored as the load increases. It is a staple for building a wide, strong back in any strength zone.
