The PPF-HY61 is a plate-loaded T-bar row. Standing on the angled foot platforms in a hip-hinged position, lifters row the lever end toward the torso, training the mid back, lats, rear shoulders and biceps. Multi-grip handles allow wide, neutral or close grips to vary the emphasis.
