The PPF-J500-02 Plate-Loaded Standing Low Row trains the lats, mid-back and biceps from a standing position. There is no seat: the user stands on a large platform, braces against the padded support bar and rows the two independent arms toward the body. Training on the feet brings the legs and trunk into play for stability, giving the row a more athletic feel.
