The Plate-Loaded Seated/Standing Lateral Raise PPF-A905 is designed for serious strength training. This lateral raise can be performed seated or standing, with hanging handles on a linkage that lift out to the sides to isolate the side deltoids. Resistance comes from standard weight plates loaded on the weight horns, so the load can progress gradually from warm-up sets to heavy work.
