The PPF-HY93 Plate-Loaded Seated Low Row trains the mid-back, lats and biceps with a low, horizontal pull toward the torso. The chest pad supports the upper body so members can focus on squeezing the shoulder blades together rather than using momentum. Independent arms allow two-arm or single-arm rowing to balance both sides of the back. Plate loading makes it simple to adjust the load for every level.
