The PPF-HY78 Plate-Loaded Seated Dip reproduces the dip pattern in a seated, supported position. The user presses the dip handles down while thigh pads hold the body in place, loading the triceps and lower chest. It lets members who cannot yet do bodyweight dips train the movement, and lets stronger lifters add plates. It fits naturally next to chest press and shoulder press stations.
