The seated dip reproduces the pushing motion of a parallel-bar dip while the user stays seated and supported, so the triceps and lower chest can be trained heavy and with control. Users sit against the adjustable back pad, grip the dip handles on the red lever frame and press down. Weight plates set the resistance, making it accessible to beginners and challenging for advanced lifters.
