The Plate-Loaded Seated Calf / Tibialis Raise PPF-A825 is designed for serious strength training. This seated calf machine loads the lower legs through knee pads and a foot platform, with shin and foot rollers that also allow work on the front of the shin. Resistance comes from standard weight plates loaded on the weight horns, so the load can progress gradually from warm-up sets to heavy work.
