The Plate-Loaded Scissor Seated Row PPF-A807 is designed for serious strength training. This seated row uses crossing scissor-style lever arms, giving each side its own pulling path to train the lats, mid-back and biceps from a chest-supported position. Resistance comes from standard weight plates loaded on the weight horns, so the load can progress gradually from warm-up sets to heavy work.
