The PPF-J500-11 Plate-Loaded Scissor Lat Pulldown trains the lats, upper back and biceps with two independent arms that cross over each other in a scissor layout. Each side moves on its own, so members can pull with both arms, alternate or train one side at a time. Multi-grip overhead handles let users change hand position to shift the emphasis across the back.
