The PPF-J500-05 Plate-Loaded Reverse-Position Lat Pulldown is the reverse-position companion to the front lat pulldown in the same line. It trains the lats, upper back and biceps with a vertical pull from overhead, with the user seated and the thighs locked under hold-down rollers. Offering both positions lets a facility vary the pulling angle and the feel of the exercise within the same line.
