The PPF-A986 is a seated leg extension and leg curl in one plate-loaded machine. Push the roller pad up to isolate the quadriceps, or curl it down to train the hamstrings. Side handles keep the hips anchored to the seat, while the adjustable backrest and range-of-motion disc help align the knee with the movement.
