The PPF-A985 combines a leg extension and a seated leg curl on one plate-loaded frame. Extending the knees against the roller pad isolates the quadriceps; curling the legs down works the hamstrings. Range-of-motion adjustment discs and an adjustable backrest let each user set the machine for a comfortable, controlled rep.
