The leg extension is the go-to exercise for isolating the quadriceps, the large muscles on the front of the thigh. On this plate-loaded version, users sit against the back pad, hook their ankles under the rollers and straighten the knees against the load. Independent red lever arms allow single-leg or two-leg work, helping lifters spot and correct strength differences between legs.
Design & features
- Seat with back pad
- Ankle rollers
- Independent red lever arms
- Weight horns for plate loading
Ideal for
Commercial gyms, university and team weight rooms and performance studios that need a dedicated lower-body station able to take heavy daily use; also suited to spacious home gyms.
