The PPF-HY64 is a plate-loaded incline chest fly. Seated against the incline back pad, users bring the curved fly arms together in a wide hugging arc, isolating the chest with emphasis on the upper pecs and front shoulders. Unlike a press, the fly keeps the triceps largely out of the movement, so the chest does the work.
