This flat multi press pairs a flat bench pad with an EZ-style bar on the lever arm, allowing pressing variations that work the chest, shoulders and triceps. Resistance comes from standard weight plates loaded on the weight horns, so the load can progress gradually from warm-up sets to heavy work.
