The PPF-HM89 is a plate-loaded iso-lateral wide chest press that trains the chest, front shoulders and triceps along a wide pressing path. The two press arms move independently, letting lifters work one side at a time or both together and helping correct strength imbalances. The upright back pad keeps the torso stable through every rep.
