The PPF-HM88 is a plate-loaded iso-lateral incline press that trains the upper chest, front shoulders and triceps. Each press arm moves independently, so both sides work on their own and a stronger side cannot take over. The inclined back pad sets the pressing angle toward the upper pecs.
